Dr Richard Waugh is Kiwi-born (of migrant parents) and grew up in the South Island. He has ministered in Auckland for more than 30 years and is passionate about encouraging Christian discipleship and unity. He is married to Jane, a Howick architect, and they have three adult children, two of whom are married. Richard gives wide leadership with aviation chaplaincy and publishing work. He also serves the church at national and international arenas. He has been awarded the Queens Service Medal for his ministry and community work and has been a Howick Citizen of the Year.
Richard has a BA in New Zealand history and religious studies (Massey University) , LTh and STh in theology (St Johns Theological College), Executive MBA (University of Auckland) and a Doctor of Ministry (Asbury Theological Seminary).
Rev. Josh Bowlin was born and raised in Indiana, USA. He moved to New Zealand for the first time in 2003. Upon completing two years of ministry, the family moved to Papua New Guinea to serve at the Mount Hagen Wesleyan Bible College. Following a time in PNG, the Bowlin’s relocated to South Dakota, USA to plant Reclaimed Community Church before moving back to Aotearoa in 2017. Josh has been serving the Church for over 20 years. Josh is married to his wife, Rebecca, and they have four wonderful children. He is incredibly blessed to have such a loving family.
Josh completed his Mdiv at Wesley Seminary and serves as our associate minister and the director of the Life Growth Community Trust.
